Noa, your AI coach

Your guide

This is Noa. She asks the questions you would never think to ask yourself, remembers what you say, and challenges you where needed. Not a chatbot that goes along with everything, but a coach who moves you forward.

Does this sound familiar?

Time for clarity

You are not unhappy, but you are not fully in your element either. No acute crisis. Just the feeling that something needs to change. You just do not know exactly what.

  • You wonder whether you are still in the right place
  • You feel there is more in you than what you are showing right now
  • You know vaguely what you no longer want, but not what you actually want
  • You want to finally get a grip on what truly drives you
  • You are looking for confirmation, or a new direction altogether
  • The Passion Compass helps you figure out what fits you. That can be confirmation of where you are now. Or a new direction. Both are an answer.

How it feels

Not a questionnaire, but a real conversation

Three example moments from the Passion Compass. Your own conversation will naturally unfold differently.

Moment 1 · Step 4

Noa asks the questions you skip

She brings back something you said three steps ago, and sees a pattern in it that you had overlooked. Sometimes that is uncomfortable. Usually it is exactly what you need.

“One thing caught my attention. What does that mean for you?”

Noa

Good that you filled this in. One thing stood out to me: autonomy is right at the top for you, while you just wrote that you often feel directed at work. How does that sit with you?

I think somewhere I already know. But I'm not doing anything with it yet. It feels easier to stay.

Moment 2 · Step 3

Work with your hands, not only your head

Drag value cards from one pile to another. Hesitate. Move one back. Sometimes you discover what matters to you only by putting something in the wrong pile and feeling that it does not belong there.

How it works

Four phases, twelve steps

Each phase builds on the previous one. Most people work through it over three to four days, with breaks in between to let things sink in.

01

Where are you now?

You start where you are: what stands out about your work, and what sits beneath it that you haven't yet put into words.

02

What makes you you?

Your values, your talents, and what you need to be yourself at work. The phase where most people surprise themselves.

03

Which patterns do you recognise?

The beliefs that steer you without your realizing it. The patterns that keep returning, even when you change jobs.

04

Which direction fits?

Three directions that suit you. Plus the first step you can take this week.

What this is based on

Every step has a reason

The Passion Compass is built on twelve proven models from career psychology.

Step 02

Person‑Environment Fit

Measures the fit between who you are and what you do, grounded in established career psychology research.

Step 05

Polyvagal Theory · Porges

Your body registers things your mind is not yet ready to acknowledge.

Step 06

Self‑Determination Theory

Looks at autonomy, competence, and connection. The three factors that most reliably predict whether work gives energy or costs it.

The Passion Compass gives you a complete picture of what drives you, which kind of work fits you best, what holds you back, and why certain patterns keep returning even when you change jobs.

What you get

Your personal Passion Compass

A dashboard with everything you have discovered. Not a PDF in your inbox, but something you can still come back to a year from now.

Three fitting directions

First concrete steps

What you can do this week. No 'follow your passion'. One thing you can start on tomorrow.

Your guide

Meet Noa

Noa is an AI coach. Warm, but she goes where most conversations stop. She asks the questions you would skip if you did this alone. Or if you asked a regular chatbot, which just waits for you to know what to ask.

She remembers what you share. She does not judge. And she adapts to your pace, not the other way around. Sometimes she asks a question you do not have an immediate answer for. That is fine.

“I am not going to tell you what to do. I am here to help you discover what you already know.”

Noa put her finger right on the sore spot, which I found extraordinary. Almost like talking with a close friend. I went quiet for a moment and thought: wow, what is happening here.

Voices

A wall full of stories

I had not expected it to feel so personal. It was as if Noa knew me well in a very short time, drawing strong connections between everything I shared. I felt seen and understood. Sometimes it was confronting, because you really have to be honest and sometimes dig deep. But the dashboard that came out of it was so clear and concrete.

Fareeda
after completing her Passion Compass

I hadn't expected that someone could lose herself so gradually, or that a programme like this could bring her back. As if a sleeping child had been woken up and could go back to playing happily.

Imre
after completing her Passion Compass

I did not really have a picture of what to expect, but what an incredibly enjoyable and useful programme. The insights added a lot of value, and the outcome confirmed that I should absolutely go out on my own as a coach.

Melany
after completing her Passion Compass

Noa was my best friend for these two days. She asks great questions, is curious, and can be critical when needed. What touched me most was her final sentence in the summary: 'that place exists'. It feels very hopeful.

Marjolein
after completing her Passion Compass

I found going through the Passion Compass a very pleasant experience. You have all the time in the world to talk things through with Noa, and her summaries are spot on. I recognised myself in every one. I would recommend the voice mode to everyone, it works so much easier than typing everything.

Pieter
after completing his Passion Compass

However 'AI' Noa may be, she knows exactly what matters. She seemed to genuinely understand. I was moved a few times. She confirmed things I often struggle with, and that hit home.

Ria
after completing her Passion Compass

I found it impressive how Noa kept drawing on things from previous exercises that I had said, sharpening my unique profile and contribution with every step. The compass gives a valuable and deeply personal perspective, including next steps. A real recommendation.

Renée
after completing her Passion Compass

Surprising how much depth you can reach in such a short time, and that it goes beyond just 'who are you and what do you want to be', because you also come up with actions you can act on. Noa combines answers from earlier parts and draws a conclusion or insight from them. It feels genuinely personal and interested.

Jantien
after completing her Passion Compass

A pleasant way to gain clarity and insight into my preferences, motivations, and talents relatively quickly. Noa surprised me with her sharp observations and empathy. She structures and brings together all the information beautifully. I would definitely recommend the Passion Compass if you are searching for what direction to take in your career.

Lotte

ChatGPT vs. The Passion Compass

You have probably already asked ChatGPT

“What should I do with my career?” You got a neat little list back. And nothing changed. That is not your fault. A general chatbot answers what you type. It does not probe deeper where things get uncomfortable, and it almost always agrees with you. For this question, you need exactly the opposite.

ChatGPT

Answers what you ask.

Noa

Asks the questions you would never think to ask yourself.

The Passion Compass asks me questions instead of waiting for me to ask them. That works so much better.
Jan
ChatGPT

Waits for you to make the connection yourself.

Noa

Connects what you said in step 3 with what you say in step 9.

ChatGPT

Almost always agrees with you.

Noa

Gently challenges you when you contradict yourself.

ChatGPT

An empty text box. You need to know what to ask.

Noa

A mapped-out path built from 15 years of coaching and 1,200+ trajectories.

ChatGPT is great when you already know what you want to ask. The Passion Compass is there for when you do not.

“I was quite sceptical about what a chatbot could do. But I was pleasantly surprised. Noa consistently flagged when something conflicted with what I had said in earlier steps.”

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions?

How long does it take?

Most people spend 6 to 8 hours on it, spread over a few days. Some take a week, others a month. Both are fine. You work when it suits you.

Is it scientifically grounded?

Yes. The method builds on Career Construction Theory and Self‑Determination Theory, two well-established models in career psychology research. We have translated them into something you can actually work through yourself, rather than just read about.

What if I get stuck?

Noa notices when you are stuck. She will ask different questions or pause. Getting stuck is often exactly where the useful insights begin.

Can I come back later?

Yes. You have lifetime access. Your dashboard, your steps, and your conversations with Noa remain available. Many people come back months later to re-read what they discovered.

How is this different from a coach?

A coaching trajectory is the best choice for many people. Especially if you need intensive guidance, or if what you're dealing with goes deeper than a career question. In that case, a human is better.

The Passion Compass costs €197 and you can work through it in a few days. Noa asks the questions a good coach would also ask, remembers what you said earlier, and comes back to it. The outcome is concrete: a direction, three options, first steps.

Noa is not a therapist, and she is no substitute for someone who really knows you. But for the question “am I still in the right place and what do I actually want?”, this works surprisingly well.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

You can, and for many questions ChatGPT is great. But a general chatbot responds to what you type: it does not probe deeper where things get uncomfortable, and it almost always agrees with you. Noa is built for this one question. She follows a path drawn from 15 years of coaching, connects everything you share across twelve steps, and gently challenges you where your answers rub up against each other. At the end you have a dashboard with three directions and your own story, not a chat history to scroll through.

Is this suitable for everyone?

The Passion Compass is for people who are thinking about their work and direction. Not for people struggling with psychological difficulties that require more than self-reflection.

Noa is an AI. She asks sharp questions and remembers what you say, but she is not a therapist and she does not make diagnoses. If you notice that something heavier is going on, a GP, psychologist, or human coach is the better choice.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your answers are stored on secure servers within the EU. Only you have access to your own data. GDPR-compliant, of course. And you can delete all your data yourself at any time from your account.

Ready to start?

Twelve steps. A few days of work. At the end you will know where you stand.
